I've been using them for a few months now and caught a good variety of species on the various flavours. If I'm pushed to pick a favourite then I'd have to go for 'Jungle'. I've had just that little more action on that flavour than any of the others. And besides, it has a unique smell that appeals to me too!
They've worked for me on both river and stillwater. They're pretty good even in a strong flow, for they're a firm paste that doesn't wash off the hook too easily.
In stillwater all you have to do is mould a lump into a pear shape and hang it on the hook as you would a maggot - providing you're pole fishing or not casting too far.
Otherwise, mould it around the shank, leaving the point free to do its job. Or, mould it around a hair-rigged bead, a small boilie or a Pallatrax Squab, as it makes a great wrap.
